Calculate Your BMI
One way to find out if you are at a healthy weight is to calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index). The BMI shows whether your height and weight are in a healthy relationship to each other.
The BMI calculation does not take into account body composition. By this we mean the ratio of bones, muscles and fat. Someone who works out a lot and therefore has a lot of muscles may well have a healthy weight, even if the BMI indicator says otherwise.
